An attractive and spacious Victorian townhouse, Priestville Guest House is close to Arthur's Seat, a popular green space in the city for picnics and walks. Six guest rooms are available, comprising double, twin, treble and family rooms in standard or en suite options.

All rooms are equipped with television, radio alarm clock, a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Prices for accommodation range from £20 to £30 in low season and £30 to £40 in high season. These rates are per person per night and based on two people sharing. Children under 15 stay for half price when sharing a room with two adults and discounts are available for longer term stays.

Breakfast is included with any stay and there is a choice of breakfasting options created from fresh local produce. Buffet selections include a range of cereals and fruit juices, tea and coffee and toast with preserves.

Freshly cooked options include smoked salmon with scrambled egg, haggis with poached egg and potato scone, or a full traditional fried breakfast. Continental alternatives are available as are vegetarian options. Special dietary requirements can be catered for given prior notice.
