Being only 7 miles from Edinburgh, Dunesk Lodge is the perfect base to explore the many delights of the capital city, but being surrounded by four acres of gardens and paddocks, has the feeling of being in the heart of the countryside.
Edinburgh has so much to do and see, that you won't be disappointed. From the shopping mecca of Princes Street, to sightseeing at Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, a walk down the Royal Mile with its many cafes and bars, and a visit to the Whisky Heritage Centre for a warming dram, the choice is yours. Our location is convenient, either by bus or via the bypass to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium and also the Ice Rink
At Dunesk Lodge, you will find a relaxing home from home. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and is fully centrally heated.
All rooms are light and airy with views over the garden and paddocks, and all are en suite. Each comes with colour TV with remote control, a hospitality tray, hair dryer, plenty of storage space, and electric blankets on all beds. There is also an iron & ironing board on request. There is also free WiFi access for our residents.
To set you up for a busy days sightseeing, you can enjoy either a full cooked breakfast, or the continental option.
Dunesk Lodge bed and breakfast is a non smoking establishment, with parking available in the grounds, and although animals aren't allowed in the house, we do have loose boxes which are suitable for horses or dogs.
