Decorated with an eye for detail and a lot of flair, the entire house is well presented and maintained to an excellent standard. All the rooms are individually styled and decorated to meet the high expectations of guests, with delightful little touches, and useful features throughout, including complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access for all guests.
Choose from spacious and airy single, double, twin and family rooms for your stay at Ashlyn House, with most having either private or en-suite facilities: Bathrobes are provided for guests who have private bathrooms. The facilities in each room include a TV, a complimentary selection of hot beverages, fluffy towels and a hairdryer.
Lindsey's breakfast is copious and delicious; served in the bright and attractive breakfast room, where guests have individual tables. Naturally a full cooked Scottish breakfast is available, and includes free-range eggs, black pudding, and a homemade potato scone. Guests can help themselves to fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus freshly brewed piping hot tea and coffee. Guests can also choose kippers, smoked haddock, and the house porridge.
There are many fantastic golf courses in the local area, including St Andrews, Carnoustie, and Gleneagles, as well as superb shopping, and visitor attractions in Edinburgh.
