Elegance and luxury abound in all the recently updated guest rooms, and a five star feel has been achieved throughout. Guests can choose a sumptuous king size four-poster Jacobean bed in the Jacobean room, or the stunning Colonial room featuring a king canopied bed. The other rooms at 23 Mayfield all have this superb attention to detail and are naturally very stylish.
Each one has Wi-Fi Internet connection, en-suite facilities, some have baths, and are all of very generous proportions. They each have central heating, LCD TV's, a complimentary selection of hot beverages, a coffee table and easy chairs, clock radios, and hairdryers. There is even an Xbox which guests may use, and a Wii in the family room!
The Jacobean room is the pinnacle of elegance and comfort. With its gorgeous four-poster bed resplendent in Egyptian cotton sheets, and matching hand carved solid mahogany;
Bose Wave CD player and a collection of classical CD's; an en-suite with a pressurised raindrop shower, bathrobes, heated mirror, and a heated towel warmer; a writing table, and a 37" LCD TV with in-room check-in. Prices are from £50 - £80 pppn including breakfast.

The AA 'Egg Cup Award' Winning breakfast at 23 Mayfield is superb and has great Scottish and vegetarian breakfasts, made with fine fresh local ingredients, naturally. 23 Mayfield were finalists of AA Land Lord of the Year 2010.
